Reservas
Todas las reservas deben realizarse online a través de nuestro sistema de reservas o directamente en recepción. Una reserva solo se considera confirmada una vez recibido el pago completo.
Llegada y Juego
Los clientes deben llegar dentro de su franja de llegada de 30 minutos. Este es el horario de entrada, no la duración del juego. Una vez dentro, los jugadores pueden tardar lo que necesiten para completar el recorrido de 18 hoyos. Las llegadas tarde pueden no ser admitidas si el local está al máximo de capacidad.
Niños y Supervisión
Los niños menores de 12 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto que también pague entrada. Máximo de 5 niños por cada adulto responsable. Nos reservamos el derecho de denegar la entrada si no se cumple esta condición.
Comportamiento y Seguridad
Todos los clientes deben seguir las instrucciones del personal en todo momento. Un comportamiento disruptivo, inseguro o inapropiado puede suponer la expulsión del local sin reembolso. Los jugadores deben respetar el recorrido y el material; los daños causados intencionadamente serán cargados al cliente.
Responsabilidad
Minigolf Sevilla no se hace responsable de objetos personales perdidos o robados. La participación en el juego se realiza bajo la propia responsabilidad del cliente.

Terms & Conditions – English

Bookings
All bookings must be made online through our reservation system or directly at reception. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Arrival & Play
Customers must arrive within their 30-minute arrival window. This is the check-in time, not the duration of the game. Once admitted, players may take as long as they need to complete the 18-hole course. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the venue is at full capacity.
Children & Supervision
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Maximum of 5 children per supervising adult. We reserve the right to refuse entry if this condition is not met.
Behaviour & Safety
All guests must follow staff instructions at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund. Players must respect the course and equipment; damage caused intentionally will be charged to the customer.
Liability
Minigolf Sevilla is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests participate at their own risk.

Política de Reembolsos y Cambios/Refund & Reschedule Policy

Política de Reembolsos y Cambios – Español

Todas las reservas son no reembolsables. Si no puedes asistir, puedes reprogramar tu reserva avisándonos con al menos 24 horas de antelación. La reprogramación está sujeta a disponibilidad. Para solicitar un cambio, contáctanos por teléfono al 656 320 879 / 854 527 796 o por email a info@minigolfsevilla.com. La no asistencia sin previo aviso supondrá la pérdida total del importe abonado.

Refund & Reschedule Policy – English

All bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule your booking by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. To request a change, please contact us by phone at 656 320 879 / 854 527 796 or by email at info@minigolfsevilla.com. Failure to attend your booking without notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.
